2. The small film system 16 mm with projector, amplifier and speaker box:
- primarily old systems with active speaker box included 1 x 12” RFT speaker 12,5 W / 6 Ohm, and incl. 10-12 W power amplifier (6 ohm output impedance) with 2 x EL12, AZ4 (rectifier) + separate preamplifier with 2x EF12, EZ11(rectifier)
-latter system with full amplifier type LMV 10W or LMV 10AW – 10 Watt power output (6 ohm output impedance) with tubes 2 x EL84, 2x ECC83, 1x EF86, EZ80 (rectifier) respectively add 1 x EL84 for the tone recording system by the LMV 10AW amplifiers + mobile speaker box incl. 1 x 12” RFT speaker 12,5 W / 6 Ohm
Additional by VEB Funkwerk Leipzig was produced on behalf of Carl Zeiss Jena, a big cinema horn (2m x 2 m) 25 W included 4 x 12” special bass speakers 6 Watt / 50 Ohm + 2 x high frequency horn drivers. This system has variable impedance 200 Ohm / 15 Ohm.
The Zeiss Ikon in West Germany has produced as well cinema audio equipment for 35 mm and for 16 mm small film systems.
1. For 35 mm film systems: all big Dominar amplifiers:
- Dominar L (wall montage system) with 2 x EL12, 4 x EF40, EZ12 (rectifier)
- Dominar R (tower system) with two amplifiers – 2 x EL34 and 1 x EL34 tubes + preamplifier tubes
- Zeiss Modular System 32- 1301 ect. with separate power amplifiers and preamplifiers
2. For 16 mm small film systems the little Dominar 636, 10 W / 15 Ohm with 2 x EL84 incl. tube preamplifier + Germanium transistor preamp for magnet ton, and later version as Dominar 636/T full transistor system
Additionally, were a little modular transistor systems, but a short time only.
The Zeis Ikon speaker systems were produced only to 1945 year. After II WW the Zeis Ikon has produced only preamplifiers (as described)
