This is a vintage Matsushita Japan made 12AX7 or ECC83 tube, new old stock with the Matsushita label. These are highly regarded grey plates that sound great in guitar amps and tube hi-fi as well. The Matsushita Japan tube factory was set up by Mullard UK and these tubes have a distinct British sound.
